Earlier this year, Maser partnered with Ideal Electrical on a nationwide promotion that gave customers the opportunity to win unforgettable RedBalloon adventure experiences.
Rather than offering ordinary prizes, we wanted to give our winners something they could truly enjoy with family or friends. The prizes included:
- Tutea Falls Tandem Kayak Tour for Two – an unforgettable adventure through the spectacular Rotorua waterways.
- Glenorchy Paradise Full-Day Canyoning Adventure for Two – an action-packed day exploring one of New Zealand’s most breathtaking natural playgrounds.
Because the prizes were provided as RedBalloon experience vouchers, winners can choose the perfect time to enjoy their adventure, making the experience even more special.

One of our lucky winners was Josh, CEO of Falcon Hawke’s Bay.
Maser’s Phil and Walter from Ideal caught up with Josh (CEO Falcon Electrical) to personally congratulate him on his prize. In a fantastic example of community spirit, Josh shared that he plans to raffle the experience within Falcon Hawke’s Bay to raise funds for the company’s social club—turning an exciting prize into something that benefits the whole team.
